PENN Play Program Disclaimers
All PENN Play benefits are subject to change and may vary by property. Management reserves all rights and may revise or cancel at any time without notice. See full PENN Play Program Rules. PENN Play members earn Tier Points toward their tier status between May 1 – April 30. Tier Point reset takes place on April 30 at 11:59pm. Tier renewal takes place on June 1. PENN Play members keep their tier level from the date earned through May 31 of the following year.

- In the first month of each PENN Play earning period, members can receive a bonus of rollover points. Rollover points are determined based on Tier Points earned beyond the minimum for the tier earned in the previous earning period.
- Members must claim their Real Time Rewards in the PENN Play app within two weeks from the date of issuance.
- With 48 hours notice when available. Some restrictions apply.
- Eligible guest must be dominant to L' Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles and must attend the property renewal event to receive.
