Earn and Spend Rewards, Your Way

1. Insert your PENN Play card into the slot machine you’re playing.  If you’re at a table, present your player's card to your dealer.  You can also earn on our online games.
2. You earn Tier Points and PENN Cash on slots, video poker, table games, poker and more. And the more you play, the more you earn. The more Tier Points you earn, the higher your tier. And the higher your tier, the more benefits you can enjoy. Just remember that Tier Points can’t be spent.
3. PENN Cash is what you spend to get the things you enjoy. You can redeem it for everything from PENN Slot Play® to dining to shopping and more. Double the value of your PENN Cash when you use it for hotel, dining or retail shopping at PENN Entertainment destinations. Earn values are as follows:

$1 of PENN Cash equals:
$1 PENN Slot Play® or Table Play (where available)
$1 at the PENN Redeem Marketplace
$2 hotel credit at PENN Entertainment destinations
$2 dining credit at participating outlets
$2 shopping credit at on-property retail outlets

Slot Machines:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $5 coin-in

Video Poker: 
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 coin-in

Electronic Table Games:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $40 coin-in

Sportsbooks:
Earn 1 Tier Point for $10 straight bets, $5 parlays

Horse Racing:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 bet (where available)

Hollywood Casino:
Earn 1 Tier Point for $12 slots coin-in, $12 video poker coin-in, $25 table bets

Non-Gaming On-Property Purchases:
Earn 1 Tier Point for every $5 in purchases at participating outlets

You can move up to higher tiers by playing more and earning Tier Points. The higher your tier, the greater your rewards. Tier Points are reset annually but you’ll be upgraded to a higher tier status as soon as you have earned the required point threshold.

Our tier levels are as follows:

Play – You’re automatically enrolled at the Play tier when you sign up with PENN Play.
Advantage – Earn 1,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Advantage status.
Preferred – Earn 18,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Preferred status.
Elite – Earn 50,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Elite status.
Owners Club – Earn 200,000 Tier Points in an earning period to achieve Owners Club status.
